Electric Vehicle Motor (Features)
• Minimize size and weight with high power density (kW/kg)
- Maximize cooling efficiency with aluminum frame and water cooling system.
- High quality silicon steel with low core-loss and high permissible magnetic flux.

• Spline shaft
• Insulation class to withstand inverter voltage surge
1) Loss reduction with quality silicon steel of 0.35t thickness, and maintaining torque at high speed and high frequency range
2) Improve winding insulation, heat transfer and reliability with stator vacuum impregnation
3) Electro magnetic analysis to design compact unit
4) Speed sensor of high reliability
5) Electric wire specified for automotive application
6) High accuracy coupling connection to reduce noise and wear
